b. Identification: IC/Passport number (for age verification and prizes).

c. Media: Photographs, audio recordings, and video footage captured during the event.

Purpose of Processing

Your data will be used for the following purposes:

a. Processing your registration and communicating event updates.

b. Verifying eligibility and distributing prizes.

c. Marketing & Promotion: Using your image, voice, and performance footage in social media posts, websites, television broadcasts, and future promotional materials for Flow Performing Works Sdn Bhd.

a. Internal departments (marketing, social media, and event ops).

b. Official Sponsors and Partners for promotional collaborations.

However, withdrawing consent will result in the immediate forfeiture of your entry into the competition. No refunds of registration fees (if applicable) will be provided upon withdrawal of consent.
